About the event

Do you ride with an aching back, one hip higher than the other, or a horse that's always stiffer on one rein? Your body might be the reason.

Join physiotherapist Hannah Gadsden at The Old Dairy for Symmetry in the Saddle — a practical, eye-opening evening on rider biomechanics: what causes imbalance, how it leads to pain, and what it's actually doing to your horse.

You'll leave with a clear picture of your own position in the saddle and exercises you can start using straight away.

This one's for you if you've had unexplained back, hip or knee pain when riding, your horse is one-sided or resistant, or you're a coach, instructor or body worker in the equestrian world or you just want to improve your position.

 Tuesday 6th Oct, 7pm - £5pp
